Our Consultants
Stephen Luxmoore

Stephen is the founder of 'Your HR Team Pty Ltd' and specialises in delivering generalist HR & Safety consulting projects, managing the daily operations and growing the 'Your HR Team' brand. Stephen has over 12 years of senior HR & Safety specialist experience working in the private sector and government. During this time, Stephen worked his way up by starting in a 1000 employee organisation as an internal HR Consultant (4 years) before moving to a medium sized business as a HR & Safety Manager (4 years). Stephen used this experience to begin his consulting journey in 2012 by providing specialist HR & Safety expertise to medium sized businesses.
Stephen is very passionate about creating productive, profitable and high performing workplaces. He is skilled at creating HR & Safety best practice systems and practices. Most importantly, he is able to balance the 'strategic' aspects of HR & Safety with the 'doing'. He is a values driven person and always conducts himself with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Stephen holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Diploma of HR & Safety Operations. Stephen is professionally certified by the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and the Safety Institute of Australia.

Stephen spends his time away from work playing basketball, Texas Hold'em poker, bushwalking/camping with his family and trying to keep fit. Stephen is a lifelong supporter of the St Kilda FC and would love to see a saints premiership is his lifetime.
Megan Munday

Megan is a true Human Resources generalist with more than 20 years of experience across a variety of industries and organisations. Throughout her career Megan has partnered with all levels within organisations understanding the important link between balancing business growth with employee wellbeing and engagement.

Megan holds a Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology and Sociology, has qualifications and experience in Training & Assessment, Work Cover investigations (qualified Private Investigator), psychometric assessments, and extensive OHS exposure. In her spare time Megan enjoys watching the Collingwood football club win games, walking her dog 'Buckley', and bike riding with her husband on the many bike trails throughout Melbourne.
Carly Welburn

Carly is a Human Resources and Management generalist with over 15 years experience working in a variety of industries and organisations including manufacturing, government, retail and all sized businesses. Carly is passionate about finding cost effective solutions to HR and people issues and guiding managers and business owners towards uncomplicated HR policies and practices.
Carly's specialities include:

- Simplifying HR and making it relevant to the particular business.

Carly has obtained a Bachelor Business/Commerce majoring in Management and Human Resources Management, has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has completed OH & S and Return to Work Coordinator courses. Outside of work Carly enjoys trips to the park with her husband and son, socialising with family and friends, yoga and walking
Nicole Krause

With over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, Nicole has worked across a broad range of industries including Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, FMCG and Education & Publishing. Her most recently held role was Head of HR with Macmillan Education Australia where she delivered significant change management and transitional coaching support to the business and executive management team. Nicole has also led a number of national projects involving large-scale change initiatives, restructures and Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
With a passion for helping companies achieve commercial success through solid HR practices, Nicole’s personal style is practical, commercial and flexible, employing a collaborative approach designed to meet the underlying business needs of her clients. Nicole is an accredited trainer in Targeted Selection and also holds a Certificate IV Competitive Systems and Practices.
