Your HR Team was established in 2003 by Stephen Luxmoore who steadily built a very loyal base of clients by travelling many kilometres across Melbourne helping leaders with every possible HR situation which could occur in organisations. The majority of these clients remain with Your HR Team to this day and we really appreciate their loyalty over the years.
These experiences shaped a very clear picture of the challenges, joys and frustrations of managing complex HR situations in a modern workplace, and how best to support leaders of the organisation to achieve commercially practical outcomes. As the workload along with the demands and complexities of the Australian workplace grew, there was a need to expand the team which created an opportunity to bring in new skills and capability.
Your HR Team of today comprises a very passionate, clever and capable team of HR professionals who complement and collaborate very effectively together. Your HR Team forms part of an extensive ecosystem of aligned workplace services such as accounting, legal, workcover and safety specialists which creates a wholistic HR solution. During Covid-19 in March 2020, there was a need to adapt quickly to support clients remotely and change the business model which has made Your HR Team even more flexible and responsive to client priorities.
